Products Description
The main body of the screen machine is riveted, which ensures the long – term operation reliability and stability of the equipment and reduces the number of maintenance times and labor intensity.
The entire surface of the screen machine is treated with polyurea spraying technology, which increases the abrasion resistance and anti – corrosion property of the equipment and prolongs the service life of the equipment.
Using the self – developed polyurethane fine – mesh screen (minimum 0.075mm), the screen is not easy to be blocked. With five – way simultaneous feeding, it has a large treatment capacity and high screening efficiency.

Advantages and imported components:
Characteristics and Advantages of the AU – SIEVE – Series Polyurethane Fine Screens:
The polyurethane fine screens produced by AURY are made of imported polyurethane materials with a special formula. They are integrally cast – molded at one time with a built – in reinforced framework, which are abrasion – resistant and anti – corrosive, and can withstand strong lateral tensile stress. They are directly tightened and fixed on the screen frame from both sides of the screen. However, the spliced screens cannot withstand the tension force and can only be fixed on the screen frame with a supporting net. Compared with the spliced screens, the AU – SIEVE – polyurethane fine screens produced by AURY have strong technical advantages. They are integrally cast – molded at one time with a high aperture ratio (32% – 42%). The sieve seams are designed with tapered holes, which are not easy to be blocked. The screening efficiency is high and the processing capacity is large. With a built – in reinforced framework, the tensile strength of the screen is improved. The screen is directly tightened and fixedly installed on the screen frame, the screen wires are taut, and the sieve seams are not deformed. The screening and grading are accurate, and the service life is prolonged. Imported polyurethane materials and strict material formulas enhance the elasticity and flexibility, as well as abrasion – resistance and anti – corrosion.

Imported vibration motors:The screening machine adopts two imported vibration motors to ensure the long – term stability and reliability of its operation. Its service life can be as long as 40,000 hours. The screening machine adopts a vertical stacking design, with multiple – layer sieve frames working simultaneously, occupying a small area and having a large processing capacity.
Feeder:The feeder feeds simultaneously through five channels, enhancing the screening efficiency. It is internally equipped with high – strength and wear – resistant rubber, and the outside uses polyurea spraying technology, which improves the service life, reduces the number of maintenance times and increases the output.
Re-pulp system:The sieve surface adopts two – section or three – section types, increasing secondary and tertiary slurrying. After being screened by the first sieve mesh, the concentration of materials on the sieve surface increases, which is not conducive to screening. Through the cooperation of the secondary slurrying tank and the water spraying system, the materials reach a concentration conducive to screening, improving the screening efficiency.
Hardlock nut/Huck rivet:The main body of the vibrating screen employs Haack nails for riveting combined with Japanese imported Hard Lock screws and nuts, which are used in applications such as high-speed trains, ships, and airplanes. This fastening method ensures the long-term reliability and stability of the screen’s operation during its lifespan, reducing maintenance frequency and labor intensity for workers, thereby increasing production efficiency.
