TSX Advanced Vibrating Screen Also known as Sieve Machine, is a mechanical device that separates particles of different sizes through vibration. The working principle of the screening machine is to vibrate the screen at a specific frequency, causing the particles to move on the screen and classify them according to their size.

TSX (Aury) Mining vibrating sieve machine has seven types of Vibrating Screen, including Horizontal Vibrating Screens, Banana Vibrating Screens, Circular Motion Vibrating Screens, Flip-flop Vibrating Screens, High Frequency Vibrating Screens, Sieve Bend and Grizzly Feeders.
Horizontal Vibrating Screens utilizes a vibrating motor as the vibration source. It throws the material onto the screen mesh and moves it forward in a straight line. The material enters the feed inlet of the screening machine uniformly from the feeder. Through multiple layers of screen mesh, various specifications of oversize and undersize materials are generated and discharged from their respective outlets. It has the advantages of low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust scattering, automatic discharge, and is more suitable for pipeline operations.

Banana Vibrating Screens, on the other hand, is a type of self-synchronous heavy-duty equal-thickness screen. The screen box resembles a banana shape, and the screen beam adopts a box-shaped beam. The transmission system of the vibrating screen consists of an electric motor, which is transmitted to the exciter through pulleys and V-belts, and the exciters are connected by an intermediate transmission shaft. It is widely used in coal classification, desliming, dewatering, and de-intermediation. It can also be used for screening and processing in large-scale material selection operations in mines.
Circular Motion Vibrating Screens is a new type of vibrating screen with circular vibration, multiple layers, and high efficiency. The circular vibrating screen adopts a barrel-type eccentric shaft exciter and an eccentric block to adjust the amplitude. The material has a long screening line and various screening specifications. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, strong excitation force, high screening efficiency, low vibration noise, firmness and durability, convenient maintenance, and safe use. This vibrating screen is widely used in the grading of products in industries such as mining, building materials, transportation, energy, and chemical engineering.
Flip-flop Vibrating Screens is mainly used for dry high-efficiency screening of fine, wet, and sticky materials. According to the arrangement of the screen surface, it can be divided into single-layer Vibrating Screens, double-layer Vibrating Screens, Banana Flip-flop Vibrating Screens, and various types of upper fixed screen plate with lower vibrating screen surface arrangement. The Vibrating Screen can handle materials with a size below 6mm that are difficult to screen due to their viscosity. It adopts a dual vibration principle, wherein resonance helps to drive one basic elliptical vibration, which in turn drives one or multiple layers of floating bed deformation. The amplitude of the floating bed deformation is much larger than that of traditional vibrating equipment, generating a high acceleration (50G). This effectively solves the problems of screen plate blockage and low screening efficiency. According to the inherent characteristics of material movement, the Vibrating Screen can effectively loosen, stratify, and screen wet and sticky materials.
High Frequency Vibrating Screens has high efficiency, small amplitude, and high screening frequency. It is an effective equipment for fine particle material screening and grading. It is widely used in the screening or grading operations of iron ore, tin, tungsten, tantalum, niobium sand, coal, and other beneficiation plants. For the high-frequency screen used for wet screening with the purpose of dewatering, it is desired to quickly form a material layer on the screen surface with filtering effect to block fine coal particles, thereby reducing the loss of solid materials in water and improving solid recovery rate.
Vibrating sieve machine is an economical and practical solid-liquid separation device. It is mainly used for pre-dewatering, desludging, and de-intermediation operations of materials in coal preparation plants and beneficiation plants, as well as for grading and recovering coal slurry. It can also be used in conjunction with a hydrocyclone to effectively classify, dewater, desludge, and de-intermediate fine-grained materials. It is mainly composed of a support frame, screen seat, screen box, screen plate, and feeding distribution box.
Grizzly Feeders is a device that continuously transports materials to downstream equipment using vibration force. It transports materials out of the feeding hopper through the vibration of the rod. The rod vibrating feeder is used for the uniform feeding of large pieces of material before coarse crushing, and due to the action of the rod screen surface, it can also remove fine materials such as soil, achieving the function of pre-screening and improving the capacity of coarse crushing.
