1. Inspection and storage before installation
The equipment is assembled and tested without load before leaving the factory. It can only leave the factory after all indicators are checked and qualified. Therefore, after the equipment is shipped to the site of use, the user should check whether the parts of the whole machine are complete and whether there are any omissions in the technical documents according to the packing list and the complete equipment delivery order.
After the equipment arrives at the site, it cannot be placed directly on the ground. It should be placed stably on a flat sleeper and the distance from the ground should be not less than 250mm. If stored in the open air, it should be covered with rainproof tarpaulin to prevent wind and rain erosion.

Vibrating screen
1. Preparation before installing the vibrating screen
Before installing the new vibrating screen equipment, you should carefully check it. If the bearings are rusted, the seals are aged, or they are damaged during transportation, you need to replace new parts. Also, for example, the vibrator is injected with anti-rust oil before leaving the factory for rust prevention. It should be replaced with lubricating oil before it is officially put into operation. You should read the instructions carefully before installation and make full preparations.
2. Installation of vibrating screen
(1) Install the support or hanging device. During installation, the foundation should be leveled, and then the components should be installed in sequence according to the component diagram of the support or hanging device and the installation diagram of the screen. Before installing the spring, it should be selected according to the actual stiffness value marked on the end face.
(2) Connect the screen box to the support or hanging device. After installation, it should be adjusted according to the specified inclination angle. For hanging screens, the inclination angle of the screen box and the level of the main axis of the screen box should be adjusted at the same time. Generally, the horizontal level is adjusted first to eliminate the deflection of the screen box. After the horizontal correction, the longitudinal inclination of the screen box is adjusted. The force of the vibration isolation spring should be uniform, and its force condition can be judged by measuring the compression of the spring. Generally, the compression of the two sets of springs at the feeding end must be the same, and the same should be true for the two sets of springs at the discharge end. The compression of the springs at the discharge end and the feeding end can be different.
(3) Install the motor and triangular tape. During installation, the foundation of the motor should be leveled, the level of the motor needs to be corrected, the center lines of the corresponding grooves of the two belt wheels should coincide, and the tension of the triangular belt should be appropriate.
(4) Install and fix the screen surface as required.
(5) Check the fixing of the connecting parts of the screen (such as screen plate, vibrator, etc.). The screen should be evenly tensioned to prevent local vibration. Check the lubrication of the transmission part, whether the wiring of the motor and the control box is correct, and turn the transmission part by hand to check whether it is running normally.
(6) Check whether the feed and discharge chutes of the screen and the funnel under the screen have any collision during operation.
3. Vibrating screen test run
After the screening machine is installed, it should be tested with an empty car to preliminarily check the installation quality and make necessary adjustments.
(1) The empty car test run time of the screen shall not be less than 8 hours. During this time, observe whether the screen starts smoothly and quickly, whether the vibration and operation are stable, and whether there is no special noise. Observe whether its amplitude meets the requirements through the amplitude plate.
(2) When the screen is running, the vibration of the screen box should not produce sway. If swaying occurs, the cause may be excessive height difference of springs on both sides, uneven tension of hanging wire rope, non-horizontal rotation axis or too tight triangular tape, and corresponding adjustments should be made.
(3) Within 4 hours of driving, the bearing temperature gradually increases and then remains stable. The maximum temperature does not exceed 75℃, and the temperature rise cannot exceed 40℃.
(4) If there is abnormal noise or the bearing temperature rises sharply after driving, the machine should be stopped immediately to check whether the shaft rotates flexibly and whether the lubrication is good, etc., and then restart after troubleshooting.
(5) After driving for 2-4 hours, stop the machine to check whether the connecting parts are loose. If there are loose parts, tighten them before driving.
(6) If there is no fault after 8 hours of trial running, the installation project can be accepted.
