The vibrating screen works by using the compound oscillation generated by the vibrator excitation. The upper rotating weight of the vibrator causes the screen surface to vibrate in a plane, while the lower rotating weight causes the screen surface to vibrate in a conical reverse direction. The combined effect causes the screen surface to vibrate repeatedly. In normal operation, how to prevent the vibration screen bearing from being damaged, let’s discuss it together: When the eccentric block of the equipment falls off after long-term use or the size of the eccentric block is not consistent, the linear vibration screen exciter’s symmetrical eccentric block layout will work at high speed. It will cause the equipment to rotate abnormally. At this time, the eccentric block layout should be replaced in time to ensure that the two eccentric blocks of the linear vibration screen are of the same size and work in a balanced manner. The bearings of the linear vibration screen are prone to friction and temperature rise after the speed is abnormal. When the bearing of the linear oscillating screen lacks lubricating oil or the lubricating oil increase does not meet the equipment requirements, resulting in blockage of the labyrinth seal device of the vibrating screen, the temperature rise of the bearing structure will exceed the specified range value. At this time, the equipment lubrication system should be checked in time to ensure that the lubricating oil is sufficiently hygienic. If blockage is found, the bearing should be installed for thorough cleaning; if the sealing ring is damaged or the bearing is cracked after wear, the sealing ring and bearing should be replaced in time, and the linear oscillating screen should be re-adjusted and weighed.
