Advantages Of Vibrator For TSX Shaker

2022-10-10 Visits:83

The working principle of TSX vibrating screen is to drive the screen vibration through the vibration of the vibration exciter and connect the two vibration exciters with an intermediate shaft so as to ensure the synchronous rotation of the left and right vibration exciters. The sieve then drives the sieve plate to vibrate, making the material move in a circle or straight line, and then separating the material.

TSX shaker adopts the world’s most advanced design concept and finite element force analysis and calculation method, equipped with advanced CNC processing equipment and process, advanced testing equipment, and the product quality and performance have reached the leading international level. Excitation beam is box-type design, lifting beam is designed with round special pipe, welds are all penetrated, cross beam is designed with round special pipe.

ZDQ two-axle vibration exciter is designed with SKF special vibration bearing, and drive system is composed of four-pole three-phase motor, belt drive and countershaft assembly. RDQ single-axle exciter is simple in structure, light in weight, convenient in disassembly and assembly, and easy to maintain and maintain. Its excitation force can be adjusted in a wider range to meet the demand for different excitation forces, reduce bearing torque and make bearing life longer.

TSX vibrating screens uses two kinds of vibration exciters, horizontal vibrating screens, banana vibrating screens, high-frequency screen and some flip-flop vibrating screen use ZDQ series two-axle vibration exciter, circular motion vibrating screen and some flip-flop vibrating screens use RDQ series single-axle vibration exciter, there are also two kinds of sieve bend, one is motor, the other is non-motor, the other is excitation motor for arc screen with motor.
